About me
I am a Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked with a wide range of emotional difficulties and from a variety of perspectives. My approach has developed to become holistic in nature, in that I take seriously the role of physical health on mental health, and vice-versa. What we do with our bodies has a direct impact on our mental wellbeing, and therefore needs to be considered if we want to optimise the conditions for healing.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a lecturer and research supervisor on a Doctoral programme for trainee psychologists and psychotherapists.
I offer therapy in person, online, and over the telephone.
The space
Therapy, if in person, will take place in a room that was carefully designed to create an atmosphere of warmth, comfort and creativity.
